Journal about me: achieving my goals and dreams

Not long ago I found out vision boards : it is a kind of panel with images and phrases in which you capture your goals and dreams as if you had already achieved them.


This journal is partly a guided vision board for you to imagine the different aspects and dimensions of your goals and dreams, in order to see them from different angles and perspectives, to break them down into small executable pieces every day.
Once this is done, for three weeks you are the one who writes in the morning what wonderful things are going to happen. This is a very powerful exercise since it modifies your attention, focusing it on achieving your goals and dreams.


It is also a gratitude journal: the homework for the night is to write down the wonderful things that have alredy happened to you. If you have not yet done this exerciso of reflecting in written on the wonderful things that have happened to you on a given day, I tell you that I have done it and it really changes your mind and your way of seeing life because it makes you aware of many wonderful things that already happen in your life and that inertia and habit make you not even see them, they go unnoticed. It is an exercise that leaves you with a feeling of happiness and fullness in your body and mind, ideal for getting into bed and enjoying your restful sleep.
